Fees & Insurance

Cost should not be
the reason you
do not start.

Insurance accepted. Sliding scale available. If money or insurance is the thing standing between you and getting help, bring it up. We will figure it out.

Session Fee
$150
Per session · 50 minutes
Individual, couples, and telehealth sessions. Payment is due at time of service.
Straightforward

One rate.
No surprises.

The session fee is $150. That covers 50 minutes of focused work — no add-ons, no tiered pricing, no hidden costs.

If you are using insurance, your cost will depend on your plan's copay or deductible. If you are paying out of pocket, $150 is the full amount.

And if that number is a barrier, keep reading.

Sliding Scale

Available.
Always.

Price, money, or being uninsured would be a horrible excuse for us not to be able to meet.

Sliding scale rates are available. If cost is a concern, say so when you reach out — or bring it up during the consultation. There is no awkward conversation to have. Just an honest one. Get in touch and we will find something that works.

Most major plans
accepted.

Currently accepting new clients with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford Health, and UMR. If you’re searching for a therapist accepting your insurance in Atlanta or online across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Colorado, or Nevada — there’s a good chance your plan is covered. Not sure? Just ask.

Not Listed? Not a Dealbreaker.

If your plan isn’t on the list, you may still have options. Many plans include out-of-network mental health benefits — which means you pay upfront and get reimbursed. A superbill is provided after every session so you can submit directly to your insurer. Call the member services number on your insurance card and ask: “What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?” Most people are surprised by what their plan covers.
